You can customize your Grillz in two different ways:

Option 1 — In-person clinic appointment

If you prefer to complete the process in person, you can schedule an appointment at one of our partner clinics, where we will take your measurements and advise you on the design, materials, and finishes for your Grillz.

Option 2 — Customization from home

You can also complete the entire process from home using our GrillzToGo Kit.

Steps to follow:

1. First, fill out the customization form with all your design details.
2. Purchase the FIT Kit to take your impression from home.
3. In the order notes, please provide your full name and confirm that you have already filled out the form.
4. You will receive the kit at home with everything you need to take your dental impression.
5. Once we receive your measurements, we will begin manufacturing your custom Grillz.
